Here’s How To Place Your Order

1. Order safely & securely on-line. Eric Records provides a secure online shopping cart for your convenience. Your personal information – including your credit card number – IS SAFE because it’s encrypted and cannot be seen by third parties.

2. Order by phone. You may phone in your order at our direct number (510) 614-5355 after 3:00 PM Pacific Time. If we’re not in, please leave your name, phone number and best time to call you back. Because we have a very small staff, we may not always be “in” when you call.

3. Order by mail. You may print an order form directly from your web browser – click here to open the form in a new browser window. Then, mail it to us at:

Note: All Complete 60s box sets count as 2 CDs for shipping purposes (these sets weigh more than our single CDs).

Within the U.S.A.

U.S. Shipping
  • ONE or TWO Compact Discs: $5.95 (Save money: order 2 or more)
  • THREE or MORE CDs: FREE – Shipped USPS Media Mail (may take 7 to 10 days in some cases)
  • NOTE: WE MAY NOT SHIP EVERY DAY. Some orders may take up to 5 days to ship after receipt. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
  • PRIORITY MAIL shipments receive faster service*. If you need a shipment to arrive by a certain date, please add a note in check-out Question #5.
  • For Telephone and Mail-in Orders, your credit card is not charged until the day of shipment. Shopping Cart Orders are charged at the time of sale.

Add $15.00 flat fee to your order, which will arrive 3 days after shipment (we don’t ship every day). Choose this option during checkout.
